1. What this is for #

If an intimate image of you has been published on Kizen without your consent, you can ask us to remove it and we will act within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.

This applies whether the image is a real photograph or was created or altered by artificial intelligence, including anything made with Kizen. A synthetic image of you is covered by this process exactly as a real one is.

You do not need a Kizen account to make a request.

2. What counts #

An intimate image for the purposes of this process is one that shows you, and that depicts:

  • your uncovered genitals, pubic area, anus or, if you are female, your nipple
  • you engaged in sexually explicit conduct
  • explicit sexual activity involving you

It covers images created, adapted or modified so that they appear to show you in those ways, including images generated by AI, edited photographs, and composites, whether or not the underlying photograph was originally of you.

It does not cover an image you consented to have published, or one published as part of a matter of public concern, a legitimate news report, a criminal investigation, or a legal proceeding.

3. How to make a request #

Email hello@kizenworlds.com with "Intimate Image Removal" in the subject line.

Include all of the following:

  1. A signature. Physical or electronic.
  2. Enough detail to identify the image and find it, such as a link, a page address, a username, or a description of where on the Service it appears.
  3. A statement of non-consent, in your own words, confirming that you are the person depicted and that you did not consent to the image being published.
  4. Contact details so we can reach you, including an email address and a telephone number.

Do not attach the image itself. Describe it and tell us where it is. We will locate it.

If you are making a request on behalf of someone else, say so and confirm you are authorised to act for them. A parent or guardian may make a request for a person under 18.

If we cannot act on a request because something essential is missing, we will tell you what we need rather than simply closing it.

4. What we do #

Within 48 hours of receiving a valid request we will:

  • remove the image from the Service
  • make reasonable efforts to find and remove any identical copies we hold, including copies in other users' accounts and anything published on a Kizen surface
  • confirm to you that we have done so

We do not require you to prove your identity beyond the statement described above before we act, and we do not wait for the uploader to respond before removing the image.

5. Action against the account #

Publishing an intimate image of another person without their consent breaches our Terms of Service. An account responsible for doing so is suspended or permanently terminated, and we monitor for attempts to re-register.

6. If the person depicted is under 18 #

Do not use this process. Report it as a child safety matter under our Child Safety Policy, at hello@kizenworlds.com with "Child Safety" in the subject line. We treat those reports as our highest priority and report them to the authorities.

7. Other things you may want to do #

Removing an image from Kizen does not remove it from anywhere else it may have been shared, and we can only act on our own Service. You may also want to:

  • report the matter to your local police
  • in Canada, contact the Canadian Centre for Child Protection or NeedHelpNow.ca if the person depicted is a young person
  • in the United States, contact the NCMEC Take It Down service, which helps remove intimate images of minors across participating platforms
  • speak to a lawyer about your options against the person who published it

8. Misuse #

Making a request you know to be false wastes the time we owe to real victims. We keep records of requests and may decline to act on repeated bad-faith submissions.
